I have a problem with "tearing textures" when i play moh. I dont really know how to describe it, its like the monitor doesnt keep up with the game. Never had this problem before. I guess it has something to do with the refresh rate cuz i see the same effect in windows when i change it to 100hz.

If someone know how to fix this plz reply.

Just go to your moh folder, go to the main folder, go to newconfig.cfg and open with notepad, and add this line to the bottom (this can create slow performance):
seta r_swapinterval 1

If you want to change it back, remove the 1 and add a 0. Also, you may want to add the line:
com_maxfps 100

This can help with performance.
