[Kraut Killer]

I couldn't think of anything funny to put in the title of the topic, so it's just a description. First... Frontline. In Medal of Honor Frontline, you play as pilot Lt. Jimmy Patterson, who was shot down the night of D-Day, behind enemy lines mind you, and was recommended the Medal of Honor for protecting his crew. That's what it says in the instruction maunual for the original Medal of Honor... but now they have him storming the bea-och. I think they should have his exploits behind enemy lines the night before D-Day, aside from the fact that it would be in sync with the story they put forth in the original game, it would be badass to ride the plane down in a crashlanding, and then getting out and fighting off Kraut patrols. That's my beef with frontline, next the possibility of a Russian Front Medal of Honor. I read in an interview that there is a possiblity of such, now this will be a touchy subject, and realise it's just my personal opinion... and I don't mean to offend any of you... well, maybe a couple of you, but not all of you.

I don't think it would be a good idea for an American gaming company to actually make an Eastern front game, because if there is anything wrong, people will blame it on Americans being stupid, arguments will rage on boards like this, and it probably wouldn't be a great seller. Aside from the fact that Russians don't like you... yes... you the reader. I personally think that a Russkie developer should make a game like this, they would be able to do a better job, considering the subject matter, and be able to create a better feel than Americans could, Americans would probably make it feel too "Hollywood". While a Russkie front game could be wicked cool, it's best left to the country that know's what it's doing.

YEah MOH:FL is pretty stupid, you should not be patterson, or if you are, your idea of crash landing and defending the crew sounds awesome! that would be the funnest part. but then you'd have to carry the rest of the game out like the first MoH, but you wouldnt HAVE to. It would actually be cool if they remade and improved the first MOH games. I would love to play as a french resistance person in like paris and outskirts in france on the PC, MoH:Underground is just too crappy that it isnt as good. It would be so fun to be running around the sewers in paris as manon, hiding in buildings and gathering info. and going undercover at nazi gatherings and messing up german train supplies and things. There's so many possiblities for a resistance game.

If you want a Russian Front game, leave it up to a FINNISH company.

The reds will make it WAYYYY too patriotic, just like the dumbass americans have made MOH:AA, and the Germans would tip-toe around the fact that almost 10 million civilians alone were casualties of Hitler's plan to better the European race on the Eastern Front.

So, leave it to a Finnish company: They despise the Nazis, but they still kicked Russia's ass as well. Nuff said.
