All Seeing Eye just updated to include version filters for 1.0 and 1.1 when searching for a server.

gayspy has this filter to select servers v.1.0 or v.1.1 as well but has many anoying ads, but there is a thing called "gamespy anti-ads.exe" that helps a little.
