I blame his lifstyle, the whole inviteing kids over to the house to "spend a few nights" bit. It was obvious this kinda shit was gonna bite him in the ass, it did in the past and it has again.
Did he do it? Who knows, imo this is just another money spinner for the kid\family in question.
And the sooner jackson pulls his head outta his ass and stops having kids over at his "ranch" all the god damn time the better for his image.
