Depends on how they are prepaired. Tuna out of the can sucks. But if you have it cook in a fancy schmancy restruant then it usually is VERY good. But overall I think salmon is way better. You can smoke it and put it on a bagel(locs) or the way my mom makes it rock: then theres some other ways that are realy good
