Anyone play H&D a couple of years ago?

It did get a bad rep for bugs...but boy it was tough.

Anyway, I thought the gunsight view worked well, very immersive and you actually used the iron sight to aim.

I think this is better than the crosshair on screen.
Remember how in a CQB, the weapon flash from your muzzle would obscure the target when firing....ok, this maybe inaccurate but I thought this approach added to the experience.

Your thoughts?

Bah, if you want Iron sight aiming fun, play Infiltration for UT. They made it very well.

H&D is Hidden and Dangerous.

You could probably find it for $20 or less now.

Interesting. I never played H&D (what is it?). I only know of one other mod trying to do this & it is a pretty kewl mod but yea the muzzle flash makes it hard to see the target sometimes.. It's called Night's Edge Wet Works for Unreal Tournament.
