Is more ram the main key to this? There are people with 800MH processors but 512 MB ram and are running 30 or 40 fps. I have AMX XP 1600, nvidia 64MB GeForce2 but 256MB DDR ram. If i increased this to say.. 500+ woud i be up at 40 or 50 fps? If not what else can makt this go up?

Ram will not help to much with FPS. FPS also depend on the graphics settings you have the game running on. I am sure that those people getting 30-40 fps are not running at 1024x768 resolution and everything set to make. Just try lowering your graphics settings down or lower the resolution if you have it set high.

Ah that would be it. It's not bugging me, i was just curious. I have i on 1024X768 and pretty much everything on max. I'll try it a little lower and see what i get out of it. Thanks!
