Ping variationson a day-to-day basis?

You will doubtfully get the SAME ping on the same server consecutively, since there are EVER SO MANY factors that attribute to it, young SKYWALKER.

I have noticed something that had up until now escaped my attention. Why do I not average the same ping? I played on one server for about three days and came up with these results.
The server I did this test on was named "kaos=server2=realism" or something like that.
Day1: 79ms
Day2: 150ms
Day3: 100ms

It didn't seem to be caused by server lag, as everyone else who often visits the server were getting their average pings.
Maybe it was Net Lag?
