MusicMatch Jukebox. CD to Mp3 with just a few clicks. Granted the trial version is slow, but if you "purchase" the full version it goes pretty quick.

I use Music Match, but I wish I didn't, It's really buggy and I hate it. But it came with my mp3 player, so I'm too lazy to get something else oOo:
