I'm all for additions and mods and whatnot, but sometimes people just get downright rude. I mean, look at the product that has been dished out to us. It's one of the most complete FPS's in a long long time (maybe ever) and still, it's compared to other games and put down for its problems. Sure its got problems, but what game doesn't? I think though, that a lot of people don't realize the true marvel that Medal of Honor is. So its a tad on the arcade side, if you don't like it, than just don't play it. I'm sure that we'll get additions in the future to combat the realism issue, but until we do, people, we need to realize the gem that we have installed in our computers.
For the most part, Medal of Honor is some of the most fun I've had in a PC Game ever, and yet many people can't look past the fact that there are health paks in the game. Well, I don't think that they're going anywhere for a while, so why not just accept that fact and look at the game for what it really is? I mean, if you don't like the game, than why are you even here?
Now I'm not saying you can't bitch and moan about this game, but I am saying that you should probably think about what you're bitching about before you do it. This game has done so many things right (It has its own friggen soundtrack, need I say more?) that it's just foolish not to just say, "You know what, this game is awesome, and I'm going to milk it for all it's worth."
I guess what I'm saying is just be happy with what you have, because you might not even have Medal of Honor at all!!! Then what would you have to complain about?
Just my 2 cents.

it is a great game but
it needs some gameplay balanced. if you have played it a lot and with all kinds of different people, you will agree.
we paid for the game, we want what we paid for, there were a few things mentioned that weren't included(flamethrower etc..)
we agree with you, we want to milk it for all its worth, but the nipples will be a lot drier without a linux server that is fact.
the things we request will benefit everyone, people will look at all the good pinging servers(linux servers), notice the smooth play(improved netcode), see the plethora of objective maps(community can do this), and say ya know im gonna buy this game now, and then he friend does the same.
some people aren't nice about it, but we want this game to prosper. it already rocks my socks, but its potential is even more then counterstrike. i want it to kill counterstrike with playability and community, which is very possible!

I'd have to agree with Jimbob: If you have played the original MOH series on the PSX, then you know that MOH:AA is a big innovation to what today's PC's can dish out.
Technoligy will go along way. Along with it, the software. I'm more amazed on the graphic detail alone more than the gameplay, myself. I mean, cmon. Have you really paid attention to the insides of the U-Boat? It's sharp!
Sure, gameplay can get fustrating with laggy connections, poor sportsmanship, and sniper or rocket "jockies", but hey, it's a game man. It's amusement, not "Global Thermonuclear War." he he he. . .

just so you know i heard that the FLAMETHROWER would be in the x-pack damn it would be soooo fun to have that. of course make it limited in its fuel as in 10 seconds of fuel on the trigger and they can burst up in flames if they get shot in the back.

Any playstation fans out there will realise exactly how good this game is. After playing the two original MOH games on the ol' PSX this game is what medal of honour should have been from the start.
It was never a WWII sim. It was always arcade style and never professed to be anything else. It does the job very well.

Well said, Parchy
There are some small things that could be done to improve this game. You can't please all the people all the time but I think MOH does a good job. There is always room for improvement.
I'm not a big fan of EAs, but hey look at EAs site. They are polling people, asking them what they want next from EA. If they follow through then I must admit. EA will have done something right and earned big points in my book. Then know one should complain as the majority of people who voted got what they wanted. If this works, then I think EA will be a better company and the fans should respect that.
As they say about a political election, "if you don't vote don't complain" Now come on guys go over to EAs site and vote for what you want released from EA next.
If EA pulls this off, I will be impressed.
