OK, heres the deal. I got MOH a couple of weeks ago, and was playing both the single player and MP at the same time. Then I addd Elite's blood patch, and found I couldnt get into a MP game. I said, no big deal, I'll just finish singleplayer and then uninstall the game and re-install it without the blood patch for MP. I try to use the MOH unistall and I get the install sheild wizard asking me if I want to modify, repair or remove. I click remove and the window with the bar graph hangs at 0% for a couple of seconds and then it says finished. But it was still there! So I got to add/remove programs and try to remove it from there. Exact same thing happens. But its still there....argh. OK, so now I go into windows explorer and send anything to do with EA and MOH to the recycle bin. Then for good measure I do a search for Medal Of Honor in all files and folders and delete everything there. I do a search now no files can be found for MOH. There is no EA games folder in my exlporer. But If I go to add/remove programs, THERE IT IS! double argh. Its a 1.33 mb file (if that helps) and I can click remove all day and it wont go away. I tried just re-installing the game anyway, And when I try to install I get the same wizard telling me to modify, repair or remove. Then it comes up with a select components window with sound files, help files, data files and a Program DLLs2 file. I dont remember doing this when I installed the first time. I click all the boxes (9), then it installs disc 1, then Disc 2, then immediately finished. doesnt ask about icons on the desktop. Or for a cd key. And its nowhere to be found. I do a search files...nothing...look in explorer, nothing.....look in add/remove programs and theres that darn 1.33mb file I cant get rid of. I know I am probably doing something stupid but I dont know what it is. (big suprise, hehe) If anyone could shed some light on this for me It would be greatly appreciated. I was looking forward to a little MP action. Sorry if I was longwinded, but I was trying to give as much info as possible....sheeesh I never type this much. And I did send off an E-mail to tech support at EA, but havent heard from them yet. Thanks again

Hey give some info about your OS. And second, If your using XP the add/remove programs will recognize that the program was removed and ask if you want to remove the title in th add/remove list. If that doesnt work give me a shout to my email

OK, I just got this from EA support...
Thank you for sending us your concerns about Medal of Honor Allied Assault. In these cases a clean install will be desired. take the following steps to manually remove MOHAA from the computer:

1. Delete the games directory. By default this will be C:Program FilesEA GamesMedal Of Honor Allied Assault. Then delete MOHAA from the start menu as well. By default this is Start->Programs->EA Games->Medal Of Honor Allied Assault

2. If you are unfamiliar with performing registry edits, we recommend you call one of our phone support representatives at 650-628-8468 to assist you, as doing other things in the registry besides the instructions listed here can cause errors with Windows. First back up your registry by going to Start->Run-> type in "scanreg" and press "yes" when prompted.

3. After these two steps are complete MOHAA will still bring up an installation modifier if tried to install. Go to Start -> Run -> type in "regedit". There is a registry key that causes this and must be removed. It is found in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentV ersionUninstall{0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02}

This whole key should be deleted and after uninstalling once more, the game should install normally.

I hope this information helps you and please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.

Hmmmm, never played with the registry before and I dont feel very comfortable playing around with stuff I know nothing about. Looks like I'll be making a phone call on friday....unless I get some juevos and try and do it myself...gulp....thanks for the help
