wow 192..... amazing.....not really though. A good high end, or even good tuned car can hit 200. NOt to mention sport bikes. they will push 250. He may be to catch most cars, but there will be a couple he cant get.

i dont think hummers quite match the speed of a ferrari. although the cannon on top would be a nice addition

but the HMMVW would sure help those LA cops, next time some mofos rob a bank with AK-47s (with RPK 70 round mags) and body armor all the cops have to do is shoot a TOW at the vehicles they are using for cover biggrin:
