Iraq, love or hate this its probably one of the hottest events in recent history. I just have one huge question in the end of all of this.

What's the point ?

All of this show and really what has become of it that was really worth any cost ? What is this all ? I just sit here now wondering, wtf it just happned. Now after it all We have really what to show. I just see nothing really happening. Their is still no "moral" winner here or a final conclusion for histroy. Its still just who is right ? The War or would it have been the rightm ove to have not done it.

i think that is the question people arround the world are beginning to ask, and the answer is no, and nothing except death, rising oil prices and hate. war pulls us out of low economy, but it backfired fr bush

my predictions::

Kerry wins popular vote by small margin but bush wins electoral vote. people will go crazy--another vietnam in iraq

the way they invaded iraq was poorly done. better leadership would have led to a quicker, cleaner end

The only people who know the point of the war was is the Bush administration. Whether they accomplished what they wanted to or not, I don't know. We probably never will.

The basis for going to war was Weapons. It's obvious now that that was an excuse for a different agenda. What that agenda was is anyone's guess.

really? I thought they did well. THe broke through the lines incredibly quickly then went almost unopposed to baghdad in which for how heavily guarded it was, they took it pretty well too. It is just all the deaths from small guerrilla groups and "terrorists" that sucks, but this started after we took the country (or when the gov fell)
