Actually there may be more truth to that than you know. Each persons body contains, im not sure if this is the correct term, but something along the lines of bioelectric energy. What happens to all that energy when you die. As you know, energy cannot be created nor destroyed.

Kinetic energy is "created" basically by anything that moves...so how can it not be created?

Kinetic energy is not created. It already exhists, as potential energy. But when you actually do something it turns to kinetic energy. Otherwise, you have potential energy. Like the difference between walking to the fridge or having the potential to walk to the fridge.
