yes, aim is dificult a little, i strafe left or rigth, then it is good aiming.
Nice is it, that you can see round the corner .
If you want 1st person view, open scr. file (maps/obj) with F4 and delete this link:
setcvar cg_3rd_person 1

yes, try this:
when you playing map, open console with `
then type in console: editscript - this open .scr file
below level wattill spawn type:
spawn camera targetname "cam1"
freezeplayer
wait 1
$cam1 cut
setcvar cg_3rd_person 1
wait 1
releaseplayer
cueplayer
then close console, it ask you save changes (below), say y (yes) and press ENTER
then type in coslole restart
