I have a question involving my system. My specs are listed below.
Processor Pentium III, 700mhz
Memory 256MB
Graphics Card 32MB Diamond Viper V770D AGP
Hard Drives C: @ 30GB and D:@ 13GB
I was at a video game store today looking to purchase MOHAA. A salesperson said that the game tended to really stretch a computer's capability. He also said that it was probably one of the most demanding games on the market today and that with my system it would probably work but not all that well. He didn't seem to like the Viper and said they weren't made any more to which I said that it was Voodoo that went out of business. He merely shrugged his shoulders.
I decided not to buy it just yet and to run it by you guys to see if what the salesperson said was true.
I would therefore appreciate hearing from anyone with comparable or lesser specs than mine who may or may not be able to satisfactorily run MOHAA.
From a graphics card standpoint I have excellent results running the Viper with Ghost Recon, Project IGI, Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6, MS Flight Simulator 2002 and MS Combat Flight Simulator's 1 & 2.
I've got a p2 350, 320 RAM, and a Geforce 2 MX 200, and my settings are pretty much everthing at medium (Texture detail med, terrain and models at med, explosions and curve detail at low) and i can run the game pretty much perfectly, with the exception of the Brittany missions, and the Arzew jeep gunninng goes a little chuggy, but that's it.

A pentium 2 350mhz?
Seriously, I think you should get a new computer or get a Pentium 3 800mhz or more.
does the begining of the first level (lighting the torch lag ridiculously for all u guys? or is it just me? i seem to not be able o get more than 6 fps at the very start when u get out of the truck, hell even omaha beach runs at 15 fps. this seems to be the only level that lags for no real reason. and iv tryed the settings on minimal too with no change. and i have a 1 gig processor and a gforce 3 TI 200 with 700 something memory.
