I've been trying forever to make this skin!!! Argh! I've come up empty handed. I am not experienced enough. I thought maybe there can be a contest or something (Ghey idea?) Anyway, i am serious about this skin, lol. The pic in my siggy is what i want the top of his body to look like. For the bottom, maybe some jeans and sneakers. Also, I tried to have his face a real picture taken from a picture search off of http://www.google.com . But, that isn't ALL you can do. Be creative too. I have inforomation on how to make the skin a different size too. If you need those instructions, e-mail me for them at stomviforte@covad.net Thanks for the time and hope to see the results |

What colors do you want the shirt to be?I'm a newbie player skinner, but it should be an easy mod of the pilot skin. I'll try to make a face, but I am really bad at it, but I will not be able to make his hair puffy, because I cannot change the models shape. But I will try it, and hopefully it'll be sweet.

to make him smaller, all you have to do is put a different scale number in the .tga's. I have the exact directions. |

here are some instructions on how to make him smaller: [quote:59e21]ok,at the top of the .tik file, the command is...

 __________________________________________________ ________________

 TIKI
 setup
 {
 scale 0.45
 path models/etc etc

 __________________________________________________ ___________________________

you put the scale in manually,on the player .tik
in exactly where ive put it above.
Also you put it in the ... _fps.tik as well.

once you done that,if you go to the bottom of the .tik file
 theres a command...

 $include models/player/base/include.txt

 change that to...

 $include models/player/base/includegarry.txt

then go to pak0,open it and extract the base folder and contents to your mod
so you got the folders-models/player and the base folder as well.
open the base file with notepad and re-scale from 0.52 to 0.45
 in both of the files,
DONT FORGET to re-name the base files "includegarry"on both of them.

pak the files, place in main and you should have "liddle 'ol Garry Coleman"

here is how to make a face for him:[quote:02ef4]theres 8 animated heads, and they are called just that.path/models/heads/head1.skd

 heads.....
1+2 are rounded and hamster like
3 is thinner, and the more handsome
 4 has a hooky nose,
5+6 are pretty much like 1+2 but dont have a hair line,
7 has a flatter rounded nose
8 has a squarer jaw,as it is used mainly for nco's

you will need a full frontal (ha ha) of garry coleman.
if you are using paint shop pro 7,use another photo program to re-size it.
as psp7 isnt pixel friendly on resolution.

but psp7 is exellent at everything else.
get a face, and get the colours to match the photo.within reason.
a good starting point is the mouth,if you dont get the mouth right
 its a disaster.
and clone the new face onto the tga.
re-name the tga as gary_face or something.
remember to re-name the shader command in the tik,
and to write the shader command in the script.[/quote:02ef4]
