Default Crosshair Help - 08-16-2002, 03:49 PM

This may sound pathetic considering I have done things way more complex than this but what is up with this crosshair. I open it up with Paint Shop Pro 7 and save it on the desktop making sure its not saved to a temporary folder. Then I put the edited crosshair.tga into textures\hud and save it as a .pk3 with PakScape and I add the user- prefix. I put the file into MOHAA\main yet the crosshair is the same white plus sign. Anyone that can help?

Make sure you edit the mask, then save it the alpha channel, deleteing the old one, then it should work.

I actually figured this out by reading a tutorial on the here ([url:d70db]http://www.alliedassault.com/community/guides/[/url:d70db]) and looking at a scope tutorial. I can't believe that's all it was... thanks anyways though. cool:
