You do realize that to capture video you need a capture card? And every capture card comes with its own software/drivers.

actually no buddy...my friend did use a program to capture video...but the quality was bad. so fuck you and answer my question. biggrin:

Disagree all you want man....but I've probably made more in game movies of MOH than anyone else. And since that I've SEVERAL moh movies under my belt and you don't even have a frikkin INKLING how to do it thus far, I'd suggest it might be wise to listen up little man.

first of all...sorry, i know you people are trying to help but you dont listen to details....ABOVE I POSTED THAT I WANTED A PROGRAM WITH DECENT IMAGE QUALITY...THE REASON WHY I DONT GET IT FROM THE FRIEND...IS CUZ HIS QUALITY BLEW THE BLUE MONKEY ASS. and no, he doesn't have a capture card....so my question once more: do you know of a program? mwah:

Yes i forget the name.... almost certainly was by M$... part of WM encoding I do blv. (was a couple years ago) But here's the caveat....It recorded only a specific window whereas mohaa is fullscreen.

It was the same program M$ used to make AVI's for how to navigate windows.... (showed the cursor moving around opening things)

Here is your answer since everyone is farting around and not giving you any help. Download and install CAMTASIA it will capture any and all video you will ever need to to on your computer. The program also captures the video from your internet conferencing. Pretty handy eh? Plus this program is free for 30-60 days I forget.

Uh... have you actually tried this? I tried it.... I was really looking forward to it in fact. Here's the caveat..... in order to get any decent performance out of the recorder you MUST disable hardware acceleration.... or sacrifice FPS. If you DO disable acceleration this PRECLUDES mohaa from starting OpenGL. Therefore obviously you must re-enable acceleration and sacrifice FPS. So I tried the latter as well. (at 0.2 FPS on a map that gives me a steady 60 fps) The first try it rebooted my machine on me....nonetheless if at first you don't succeed....the second time it, it (camtasia) crashed itself telling me it could neither pull off the .wav file (to be multiplexed later) or the .avi. Two strikes is "out" for me... this aint baseball.

If you're going to insinuate that I (et al.) have been "farting around" when in fact we've been trying to be helpful, please feel free to prove us WRONG by MAKING a video that is fully ACCREDITED to "camtasia" (ie: demo version watermark) and by posting the URL of said video for all to see. If you cannot do this, then please explain to us WHY?

From the get-go all I've tried to do is help or be informative.
