There are several things I have not explored yet, and it may be in one of these:

Bridge? upper right hand corner.
Right Click > Smart dock? not sure what that does just yet....

You may also want to look under the file/edit/layers, ect. tabs at the top. There are some new options in there, and I have not yet explored them all.

i dunno, you can still do it but you have to ctrl click each layer ... where you use to have a litte block area that when you clicked would put a link icon in and you could move / edit / wtfever all the layers linked at once ... ive also noticed the text select is gayed ... where if you change a color and try to hit 'v' to deselect the text it now inserts a V over the text instead of selecting the select tool ...

yeah thats it but it still takes an extra step to get them linked ... you have to ctrl click each one and then hit that button ... before you just clicked right by the layer

just links the layers ... like if you have text and a shape and you want to move them at the same time or resize you can link the layers. group i guess you could say.
