dude you should have 2 things in your right-click menu if you have WinRAR (or winace) installed.

Add to filename.RAR
Add to ...

select the folders your skins are in that you want to make into a PK3, right-click and select "Add to ..." ie. pack them up in WinRAR but open winRAR to select options.

When winrar opens you should have somewhere where you can select the compression, add/move/refresh, volumes, etc. In here select that you want to make it a ZIP instead of RAR and thats it. Also need to make sure you have some option like "keep directory structure" turned on but it usually is on by default.

Go and rename your new ZIP file to PK3 and you have your mod.
Test it by hosting a game, take some screenshots with F12 and read the Sticky note up the top of this forum before you send it to AA.com to be hosted.
