I need some cool plug-ins......the only cool one I've been able to find that's not a default plug-in is a scanline plugin.

There are a lot of plug-ins, but they have to be purchased. There are ways around that, but I won't mention any of them here. The first link has downloadable plug-ins. There are more, but you have to search for them.
