Default Tweaking my monitor past 85 HZ as a refresh arte? - 08-25-2002, 04:57 PM

I tried tweaking my monitor to 100 HZ as a refresh rate and it went off for a few secs then came back ona nd was still at 85 HZ. I have a GF2MX400 on 1024x768 32bit color with latest drivers form nvidia.com! I would like to go to 100 but is it because my card only allows 85?

yup

if you put the resolution down you may be able to get a faster refresh rate, but at 1024x768 the max you'll get is 85
