What does the bullet time mod do? I dont think it could do the sort of stuff seen in Max Payne without the SDK

It has a script that basiclly turns on and off an cvar names "timescale" what it will do is make the game move in slow motion by pressin the backspace key and then revert by pressing it again..you can get the same effect by going to console and typing timescale.3 or you can change the value to any thing you want 1 is normal and above or below....Well you get the picture actully its a real cool effect to play around with. BTW it only works in SP angel:
