what do i look for or what are the commands for this i know it can be done

You need Rcon.

If you want to know, you just type this in your console 'rcon dumpuser xxx'

xxx = player name (EXACTLY the same)

put the player name in quotation marks " " that way even if they got a space in here name you can still do a dumpuser on them.

just do it like this, more then enough :

rcon dumpuser "xxx

xxx = name

you don't need to end with quotation (") ...
