but, I can recommend you drinking protein shakes with every meal to gain weight.
I was drinking them once a day (which is recommended) as well as going to the gym, put on about half a stone straight away but it leveled off and wouldnt go up anymore. Tried all sorts of diets etc. But nothing worked. I'll try again sometime this year.

this isnt healthy but try eating McDonalds for breakfast lunch and dinner for a week straight. guaranteed 15 lbs.

guaranteed heart failure too. if you wanna gain weight, eat lots of pasta and meats, then lay down in bed and don't do shit. you'll gain quickly.
i don't really have any resolutions except to try and get a full time job either in graphic design or comp tech support. oh and to stop flirting with married women. annoy:

Thats not true, while you are using creatine you retain water, and when you come off of it the actual muscle mass you gain stays there and all the excess water leaves your system.

Yeah but you gain actual mass along with that and like I said before the water leaves your system and the muscle mass stays. Creatine makes you look bigger than you are while your taking it.
