You know how on some websites they have videos you wish to view...and when you click on the link a box pops up and the video streams for you in either real player or windows media player and you can't right click and save as. How can I save these files to my computer????????/
If you look in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder you can
usually see them in there. The file might be labeled with a
bunch of numbers or letters but you can figure out which one.
Some websites will only leave an html link file in the folder
though so you can't "steal" them. Hope this helps. biggrin:
Looked at the videos.....You can't save them, all the links are to a streaming server you can only save the shortcut link and run them from the server. These files are protected because of copyright laws (You know the long legal crap they say at the end of each game) Don't know about RealPlayer I don't use that evil program. You can find the Temporary Internet Files folder under "Documents and Settings\Username (your name)
\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" in XP/2000...."X:\Windows\Local Settings" or "X:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files" in 98 for future reference. (X being your drive letter of course)
