unknown command "say"

When i run a dedicated server, and want to "chat" to the players that are in the server without actually going into the server i get this responce

unknown command "say"
i use these commands, none of them work
say "hi"
say hi
rcon say hi
rcon say "hi"

any idea how to get this command to work??
i cant even use it in autokick as i get the same responce.

This is a bug with MOH.

You need to reboot the whole server not just MOH. It happens every so often.

Make sure you reboot the whole server

i have rebooted server, computer, game, everything, even the modem itselg, nothing ever works for me.

you dont have an rcon command line aka password.

Check your server.cfg file and make sure you wrote the line right.

i have that set up, i have no idea about a .cfg file, never seen it, never used it, or never created it.

Thats your problem. Without a server.cfg file you dont have rcon access. Without Rcon you don't have a Say command

i cant use say, but i can change the map, change the gametype, kill limit, timelimit, everything, except for say.
