From the sound of it, you're looking for a reason to be attracted to her. And you've found them. The problem is, it's just not happening. Yes, I am the master of the obvious lol Umm, so if there's no attraction there, on a sexual basis, then you're both simply better off as very good friends. Does she feel the same way about you?
