How do I post my map for you guys to try it?

I have a new map, Ski_Resort. It's my first attempt at a big map. It's a deathmatch map that looks sweet. Snow, a heated pool, 5 buildings, and mountains w/ many sniper spots. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to upload the map to my post (same deal w/screenshot)s Can someone please help me?

Also, what do I need to do to get the map posted? I read the post about it, but it was too technical.

Why dont you let someone beta test it first to see how it runs and all.

Put everything in a .zip format and send it to them in the mail or something. If you want to send it into aa.com later, on the home page at the top, it says something like this, "Read this before you submit any files" Click that and it should be all you need.

I'm a total newbie at this, so stay with me here. How do make it a .zip file, and what goes in the .zip? .pk3?
AHHHHH! ALL OF THE FILE NAMES! What about my .src? Does that go in my .pk3? Does my .bsp go in my .pk3?
