jump rope works well for cardio. as some quick things to do to work out certain areas w/ out machines try isometric exercises. for the inner thighs take a foot and a half piece of 2 x 4, put it between your feet while youre standing and press together. A good exercise/job that will work the abs, back, lovehandles, shoulders pecs and arms is splitting wood or hammering steaks. its essential that what ever you hit though has some give or you can really hurt yourself. You can also try doing sit-ups/ crunches. theres a few really effective ways to do it. 1) by over extending backwards then going up, but only about 3/4 of the way. the other number 2 is to use weights. water works well as a cheap resource with a set weight, 8.4lbs/gallon.

If you're only 5'11 and one of the tallest kids then you have a SMALL school. And aren't you like a senior? 5'11 is pretty short. I'm only 15 and I'm 6'1.

its puts a tremendous amount pressure on your joints though. If your (in general) in the gym, you should always go the the eliptical before running the track. Whenever i do run/jog, i use kneestaps

Sophmore, I never thought of myself as tall tho all my relatives and family friends always say I am, then again, who's doesnt.
I wanna be a straight 6feet w/in the year. 5'11, rofl, is not short. I think that's Daniel Craig's height, but back to what I was saying, I think overly tall guys look like fucking pigeons.

ROFL who gives a fuck who is short or who is tall? Who is to say 5'9" is short or tall? I've seen a 5'9" guy beat the Jesus out of a 6'5" guy before, and vice versa. I've seen a 5'9" guy get tons of pussy, while a 6'2" guy gets none, and vice versa. STFU.

MY biggest tip is to work out for yourself. To your own health and fitness. I hate seeing tools in the gym staring at themselves in the mirror, or trying to over exagerate a lift, or even lift to much improperly trying to be big shit.

There's a few guys @ my gym who wear tight ass Under Armour gear. They're fatasses too. They've got a lot of muscle, but they have a lot of body fat on the upper arms and chest, so it just looks ridiculous. They also wear sweatbands on their upper arms to try to make them look bigger I guess. stupid:

Sometimes the big guys lifting a lot can be the most honest guys there. It all depends. BUT if someone wears under armour.. wtf..

under armor is great but you don't play any sports to know
tennis does not count, rejects from the chess club play tennis on the schools team.

I wear Under Armour, but it's UNDER a normal t-shirt or long sleeve shirt, just as it's intended to do. The people who only wear Under Armour to try to cut the circulation off from their arms to pop the veins out are tards.

LOL. I wear the Under Armour loose shirts because I sweat like a whore in church on the treadmill.
Here's my fitness tip. Get off your ass and do something and keep doing it. It seems to me that the fatasses of the world seem to know what exercises to do and what diets are good or bad, but they are the ones who can't stick to it.
