Oct 1st is opening day for whitetail deer with bow/arrow here in MIchigan-cant wait!!!!! Any other hunters out there?

I dont hunt but have a number of close friends that do ... So i understand completely. They hunt in clubs so they are always killing big-uns, as we like to say. I could never see myself killing an animal of any kind! I fish if you wanna swap lies about that sometime. biggrin:

I hunt, but only small game. I live in Philadelphia so all the game lands for small game really suck and I never really see anything mad: . I'm not a big deer hunter though.

I hunt deer. Here in Florida were allowed to use dogs so i have two wolf dogs part wolf part dog that i take with me and i release them into the woods and they run those deer right where i am.

I hunt deer, duck, turkey, hogs and dove. Mostly deer and duck, with duck being my real passion. We have to wait until around thanksgiving for most of our seasons. I dont bow hunt anymore. Too hot and you lose too much blood to the mosquitoes here in Florida.
