I think getting rid of "potentially good" members is pathetic, but then again I'm not the leader.
Perhaps the proper course of action, as in all things, would be to give them a warning with the consequences of future disobedience.
At least give them that much. If they still fail to act in a mature way, give them the AUSSIE boot. (simpsons, anyone?)
I like Mike, he was one of the ones who ended the great squad war. I have not read any of their posts, so I will go and see what all the fuss is about.

Take a look at this post http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000013.html . The first 19 posts are mike talking to himself. Then Superdude said "no" 8 times in a row. After that Mike talks to himself for another 6 posts. Then later, Mike talks to himself again for another 17 posts.
