Default Can't save 32 bit Tga for loading screen HELP!!!! - 10-15-2002, 12:15 PM

Hello - I am almost finished with what has to be the biggest graphics mod for mohaa - 212 files - and I have ONE loading screen that I changed the pic on, and I finally figured out that Photoshop 7 has a bug and it WILL NOT save a 32-bit tga file with the alpha channel. There is an update that fixes this, but lets just say that I have a "special" version of it, that wont allow me to install updates. Is there anyway that someone can save my file as a 32 bit? If ya do, you will be the first recipient of the new mod. Thanks!

You can use Photoshop 6 if you have that or, there is an update to Photoshop 7, I think it's 7.0.1 or something like that, it's available at http://www.adobe.com, and one of the bugs that the patch fixes is your tga problem. Download the patch, it worked for me.

Here is a more direct link to the download...

Ah, friend of mine has the same problem, havn't found a way to install it yet. When we do, I'll let you know. Maybe a cracked update will be made or something. Keep your eyes open, until then, use Photoshop 6
