I've decided to put in a bigger 3d card but don't want to pay too much.
are these stats good:

NOTE: I just want a card that will make good FPS even on BIG servers liek Crow's.
unlike many "gamers" I don't care for turning the resolution up to 2000 X 1600 (or whatever) (makes the messages and other IMPORTANT things too small)
