I was having the same problem and this is exactly what your string needs to look like to get the console to come up in game ok:


"C:Program FilesEA GAMESMOHAANetDemoMOHAANetDemo.exe" +set developer 1 +set ui_console

you must have the + and the spaces properly so just copy this string:

+set developer 1 +set ui_console

and place it exactly one space behind the " on the target command. then to open the console in the game use the `/~ key ok.
