I downloaded the one from gothic_child. It replaced only the german sniper rifle in Spearhead. There were a few problems that I'm sure you are aware of. The skin looks great, but it still reloads from the bottom (the clip is on the side). Also, I thought the FG-42 was semi-automatic, but it fires just like the axis sniper rifle for SH, the gl43 (10 shots, about 2 seconds in between each shot). I usually hate using the gl43 in spearhead but now it's not so bad. Despite those 2 things, its a good mod and I suggest you all download it. I guess you cant really make it semi-auto because it would be unfair in the game, but WWII wasnt fair now was it? Maybe someone could atleast make it fire like the SVT40, the Russian sniper rifle. It has a slightly faster rate of fire than the others. And about reloading it, maybe you could use the animations for another weapon like the sten, but mod it. These are just suggestions to make the FG-42 better, but they aren't necessary. I like it just the way it is right now. Good job modders.
