I have had an idea for this for a while...

I live in an apartment that overlooks Comerica Park and Ford Field. I'm on the 14th floor which just so happens to be the top floor. I have huge 10ft windows that allow me to see inside Comerica Park duing the summer and watch baseball games. I love my crib.

Now on to the important parts:

2005 MLB All Star Game: Comerica Park
2006 SuperBowl XL: Ford Field

Both of these will be in full and plain view from my apartment. I have the best view in the city of Comerica and a damn fine view of Ford Field... should I try and rent out my place for those two weeks? How much should I ask?
