Hmm, i just watcxhed the vid that last screen is taken from, its not as bad looking in the vid, but one of the concerns is you;re meant to be able to build up speed and essentially end up bunnyhopping around. One of the good things about the higher jumps is 3 foot high sandbags you can clear them now without having to run around them. Probably woulda made more sense to have a sorta "climb" animation instead of an exaggerated jump though.
