Because evolution might exsit for a reason - as COMO the HOMO already said, natural creates things in a balance - including mans immune systems. There may well be a REASON retards and kids with multiple sk00liosis exist. . .presupposing that its "unnatural" is wildly arrogant playing god.

But then again you are a pansified "progressive" - so youre excused.
