Go into the Ganton Gym, then equip the backpack via cheat, then stand next to the wall and fly up. You'll transport into a black sea. oOo: I dunno about that but what it just one of the missions. Once you get pretty far into the game, a mission is to get to the airport and get a jet. Then you have to follow a marker that takes you way out into the sea and then it fades out, says "Liberty City" and you are in some building. Then kill tons of people inside and leave and go back. Other than that, you do nothing there.

After you're done with most of the shit on the 3rd island, you go back to the first and hook up with some rapper. Thats where I am now.
