My parents need new phone too and they always lean towards the cheap ones, so if we got these free are they any good?

Ive noticed Motorolas all being shit as of late. My old E815 was excellent. How are you spending 200 on an EnV? Upgrade price should be cheaper, go look into your local best buy, or the kiosk in BJ's, i got mine for 50 dollars with the upgrade.
