1) How do you give weapons a camo look?
Download a plug-in for Paintshop Pro, Photoshop, or something similar. Search on Google for "psp plug-ins" and look through the sites.

2) How do you insert pictures onto skins in PSP?
Find a picture you want to use, then copy it. Ctrl+L to paste it on a new layer, then move it with the mouse.

3) Were are the MOHAA weapon models located?
Textures, you mean? Extract all of the pak files, and go into textures/models/weapons, and pick a weapon. If you want the model files for some God-awful reason, go into models/weapons.

4) Were are the MOHAA player skin models located?
Again, textures? textures/models/human

6) How do you make the bodyhitpuff.tga larger?
There's probably a .urc file for it, so you can search for that. The easiest way is to find the tga file and just make the graphic cover more of the square.

10) Are there any tutorials on how to make a sound mod?
Don't see why you'd need one. The sounds are in a folder, so all you have to do is open them, edit them if you have an audio editing program, and save them again, then put the files in a pk3. Or you could download new sounds and then do the same thing. Not too complicated, if you have the editing software.

Dunno about the other two, sorry.
