Possible Crossroads 2 map coming up -

I've already done a lot of stuff to it, blown up tower, blown up bridge, replaced hotel with 3 other houses, going to change the look of the church. Overall, I'm trying to make it look like the last battle on SPR. Well, some stuff may be located in the wrong ways, but it's best for playability.
But seeing all the other map sequels, I'm curious how they copied the whole map and added stuff. I used the BSP converter from Scorpio but LOD doesn't come up often and I have to change a lot of the thick brushes that have turned 'complex' (they are hollowed), into a single brush, which is A LOT of deleting. Has there been an update to it, is it some separate program, or what?
Also, when I go to compile it, the only thing that shows up is a PRT file, no bsp, no vis, just prt. It also takes an abnormally slow time to compile (tutorial says big maps usually take 2 hours or so, a few times my compiler said 41 hours). Please help!
