Removing only "User Battle of the Bulge - Ardennes" and "User Tankbattle v3_1" were not enough for me to get past the flak-cannon level.

It took me several hours because I have 178 maps I found 2 more maps that cause a conflict with this level:

"User Blitzschnee" and "User Farmhouse 2.5"

So if you stil have problems in spearhead, try removing these maps if you have them.
For me this worked, I hope for you too.
