Default Socket and Wrench - 03-28-2003, 12:34 AM

They call themselves Socket and Wrench.

Has anybody heard of these guys?

Well, I have bumped into them 3 nights in a row... and it was a pretty weird experience the 1st time 'round.

The story goes:

Just minding my own business, playin' Spearhead online, and these guys show up. One goes to axis, one goes to allies. And they proceed to TK everybody. They are pretty good, so when they manage to wipe everyone out, they prance around and spam everybody with "You are our bee-hatches" type messages, until the time expires; and then it starts all over again. And of course nobody can do anything or respond to them... you're forced to watch them time and time again (unless you leave the server, of course).

I'll tell you it was pretty annoying the 1st time it happened, but tonight I actually went looking for them.

And I found them! (Using the All Seeing Eye program) I would kill them as best I could and then play there own game right back at them.... calling them MY bee-hatches... it was pretty funny! They of course didn't like it too much and then eventually left.

I am making it my mission to tell everybody about these guys. Be warned and keep an eye out for Socket and Wrench.

If anybody else comes across them, please let me know what you think.

Cheers and g'night.
