Serious? Could you tell me more, I don't want to get arrested or anything, just want to be able to use any type of weapon I want. The Constitution gives us the right to bear arms, it doesn't say anything about "..except assault rifles or SMG's..." That might be because there was no such thing as Assault Rifles or SMGs when the constitution was written, Skippy.

as an older, wiser man explained to me: arms refers to personal arms (ie rifles, pistols, etc.) anything else is armaments or weapon systems.
So no, you cannot own nukes.
