Guest Posts: n/a	06-14-2003, 08:11 PM do these in order try a different disc in your cd-rom to see if it works try the disc in another computer check if the ribbin cable is plugged in firmly check your drivers, there may be some problems because you've installed something recently update your drivers buy a new cd-rom drive
