in regards to your question about what 3d program is good for skinning, none. You dont use a 3d program for skinning. You use an image editing program. anything that can edit .tga files. open a tga file for a model skin and mess around with it, then put it back together.

just thought id post this instead of the useless spammage/locking from the "vets" that cant skin anyways.....
