In Alberta it is and were having a real problem with auto insurance. Rates just went up 30% this year. Last year they went up 15%. Its gotten out of hand. I have a 89 Dodge Daytona. Its classified as an economy car, not a sports car. I'm 19 and had 1 ticket. The only thing I have on my insurance is P/L P/D, no collision. I pay $5000/year.
